Global Expansion Plans for D. Boral Capital

Following the rebranding, D. Boral Capital will continue offering its full suite of investment banking products and broker-dealer capabilities through its holding company, D. Boral Capital Holdings, with David W. Boral as its chief executive officer. Gaurav Verma and Stephanie Hu, co-heads of investment banking, jointly run the business. With a new corporate identity and fresh leadership, D. Boral Capital seeks to build on its strong revenue performance momentum with an ambitious growth plan.

The firm is looking to increase and upgrade its headcount in the coming months by hiring bankers across its industry and product teams within investment banking and capital markets. The mid-market is the most active area of the M&A market globally, and D. Boral Capital is looking to take advantage of an increase in middle-market investment banking activity in 2025 when a combination of improving sentiment among business leaders and a more stable rate environment is expected to fuel corporate growth plans. As well as growing its roster of product and industry specialists, D. Boral Capital is also looking to expand its geographic offering to support its clients as growth and venture capital-backed companies look to gain a global presence faster than in the past, and they need strategic advice and capital from trusted firms to achieve their aims.

David W. Boral said: “The firm was built on trust, reliability, work ethic and an unwavering dedication to service the needs of our clients. We are laser focused on further strengthening our pipeline and capturing a larger portion of the investment banking market in 2025 as we have successfully demonstrated in 2024. I am confident in our continued success and that our path ahead will result in further development of the firm. Thanks to our highly motivated and capable team, I am certain that the firm will execute on our ambitious plan for significant growth. I look forward to providing additional announcements in the months to come.” D. Boral Capital is looking to continue its transformation in 2025.
