On December 17, 2024, ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. entered into a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement with YA II PN, LTD. The agreement gives ConnectM the right to sell up to $25 million of its common stock to the investor, subject to the agreement’s limitations and conditions. Sales and their timing are at ConnectM’s option, except in the circumstances specified in the agreement.
