David W. Boral

David W. Boral is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of D. Boral Capital, a global investment bank he founded in 2020 to provide strategic advice and financial solutions to middle-market and emerging-growth companies.

Under David’s leadership, D. Boral Capital has grown into a global financial services platform, completing more than 400 transactions representing over $40 billion in aggregate capital. David has built the firm around a relationship-driven culture, with an emphasis on execution, entrepreneurship, and developing talented professionals who can grow alongside the organization.

David brings approximately 20 years of experience across Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Throughout his career, he has led and participated in a broad range of public and private transactions, including IPOs, follow-on and secondary offerings, SPACs, PIPEs, reverse mergers, M&A, restructurings, cross-listings, and other capital-raising transactions in the U.S. and international markets.

As Founder and CEO, David remains actively involved in the strategic direction of D. Boral Capital, its relationships with clients and investors, and the continued expansion of the firm’s capabilities and global reach.

Beyond his professional endeavors, David is committed to supporting philanthropic and community initiatives, with a particular focus on organizations serving children, families, and veterans. He has supported organizations including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Keep a Child Alive, Lifeline Humanitarian Organization, Heroes Among Us, and Project Rousseau.

David and his wife are the proud parents of two sons. Family remains central to David’s life and has shaped his perspective on leadership, responsibility, and the importance of building something meaningful for the next generation.
