David Lee, MBA, is Head of Secondaries and Follow-on Investment Banking at D. Boral Capital. David has spent more than 15 years in investment banking for capital raising and M&A transactions. Throughout his career, David has advised more than $100B in equity, debt, and M&A transactions for companies across a variety of industries.
David started his Investment Banking career at Wachovia and transitioned to Wells Fargo Securities post-merger, and then onto Bank of America Merrill Lynch. After completing his MBA, he resumed his investment banking career at Oppenheimer and then the M&A group at Elevance Health, before joining D. Boral Capital.
David received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
